Description
- Type: Full-time (40h/week / 2 days off / 10:00–19:00)

- Your Mission
- You’ll turn inquiries into experiences, ideas into itineraries, and clients into lifelong partners
- What You'll Be Doing (and Rocking)
- Support the daily operations of an international travel company
- Communicate with travel partners, hotels, and suppliers from around the world
- Assist with travel quotations, reservations, and operational coordination
- Prepare travel documents, vouchers, confirmations, and other booking-related paperwork
- Coordinate hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, and other travel services
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and delivered on time
- Maintain and update information in the company's internal systems
- Solve challenges quickly and help ensure a seamless travel experience for our guests
- Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers
- Work closely with different departments and contribute wherever your skills make the biggest impact
- What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism or a related field
- Experience in tourism, travel agency, or hospitality
- Excellent command of English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with numbers, pricing, and basic reports
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude
