Description
- We are seeking for a candidate who would contributes to creating a positive employee experience by coordinating employee listening activities, analyzing workforce insights, supporting culture transformation projects, and assisting in organizational development initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or People Analytics.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, upper-intermediate of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience working with employee surveys, feedback analysis, or HR projects is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives is desirable.
