Description
- We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist (AI & Machine Learning) who is passionate about designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will lead advanced AI initiatives, working with modern machine learning and generative AI technologies, and transforming complex data into production-ready solutions that support strategic decision-making and digital innovation.
- You will operate across the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from problem framing and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement—while acting as a technical leader within the data science team.
- Lead AI and machine learning projects from business problem definition to production deployment
- Design, build, and optimize advanced machine learning and AI models for real-world use cases
- Work with large, complex datasets to enable robust, scalable AI solutions
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for business impact
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver production-ready systems
- Establish and promote best practices for model governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Review and improve existing models, pipelines, and AI tools for reliability and efficiency
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members and contribute to the overall technical maturity of the data science function
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and proactively drive innovation

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI
- Advanced programming skills in Python, with strong proficiency in ML, deep learning, and data processing libraries
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, model optimization, and evaluation techniques
- Hands-on experience with AI systems, such as NLP, recommender systems, predictive modeling, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, or generative AI tools
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, NLP, speech technologies (TTS / ASR), feature engineering, and end-to-end ML pipelines
- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Experience mentoring or technically guiding junior and mid-level data scientists is a strong plus
